We have some new and important updates to share with our customers. The new rules for cancellations are as follows:
1:) All customers must commit to their appointments as scheduled once they are booked.
2:) In the event that anybody has to reschedule their appointment for any reason, YOU MUST respond with 24 hours.
3.) If you cancel at the very last minute, you will pay a fee of 150% of the quoted price, regardless of the circumstances. This fee is for wasting our employee's and my time as well as purchasing products, and travelling to the customer's facility. We have a very tight schedule everyday and we cannot afford to have cancelled appointments all the time, so as of April 1st, 2026, this is our new cancellation policy.
