Happy Friday everybody! I apologize For being MIA for a while. I was going through some personal things and needed to take a step back to evaluate and work on some things. I am very glad to say I am back and better than ever and accepting new clients 😊

PRIVATE HOME BASIC CLEANING
MOVE OUT/MOVE IN SERVICES

Kitchens
*Clean counters, table and chairs
*Clean, scrub and sanitize sink, countertops and backsplashes
*Clean exterior of ranges, refrigerators and small appliances
*Clean inside and outside of microwave ovens
*Vacuum and mop floor
*Empty wastebasket

Bathrooms
*Clean, scrub and sanitize showers and bathtubs
*Clean, scrub and sanitize vanities, sinks and backsplash
*Clean mirrors
*Clean and sanitize toilets
*Vacuum and mop floor
*Empty wastebasket

All Rooms (living room, dining room, bedrooms, stairs, foyers & Sunrooms)
*Clean, dust and vacuum
*Dust furniture, wipe off knickknacks, wipe lamps
*Shake out rugs and vacuum
*Clean stairs and railings
*Clean mirrors
*Empty wastebasket

Move Out/Move In Ready
All of the Above
Plus:
*Dust window sills/blinds/ledges
*Clean inside windows(what a 2-step ladder will reach)
*Clean louvered doors
*Clean light switches
*Clean ceiling fans/light fixtures
*Clean baseboards/door frames
*Clean exterior/interior cabinets(when empty)
*Clean inside refrigerator(when empty)
*Remove cobwebs
*Wipe walls where dirty(full wipe downs $5/wall)
*Clean top of refrigerator
*Clean stove/oven
*Vacuum all carpet crevices(crevices along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)

FINE PRINT AGREEMENT
*We provide cleaning supplies. If client wants certain products used to clean with, the client will supply.
*Client provides vacuum for sanitary reasons.
*We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive buildup may require an additional charge. Extra charge is $5 per blind
*We do not provide outside laundry services.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
*No substitutions for something else to be cleaned other than what quote has been given for at the time of this agreement.
*If you have extra cleaning needs, please discuss with me 48 hours in advance. Additional charges will apply.
*Organizing fee is by the hour: $30/hour

GoodMorning and happy Wednesday!!! What do you dislike cleaning the most around your house!? For me I dread doing the dishes 🤣 although I have a dishwasher I still hand wash a lot of my dishes but I complain while I do it!🤣
