de charity. Our process that we use:
Step 1 We use an allergenic vacuum CRI approved (picks up dust particles). Step 2 We pretreat the carpet stains. Step 3 We use a buffer with 15in soft brush, which pre agitates the carpet to loosen up heavy soil. Step 4 We use truck mounted system, which then includes a hot steam rinse with extraction. Step 5 We use a fabric rinse (a neutralizer) and deodorizer, which leaves your carpets soft. No residue will be left in your carpet. The dual process method that we do does a deep clean verse other carpet cleaners that only pre spray. Other carpet cleaners that only pre spray, push down the heavy soil in your carpet padding and leave heavy soil and dirt behind beneath your carpet. With our method, we loosen up the heavy soil, dirt and stains allowing it to rise to the surface so we can then hot steam rinse and extract it.

$30 a room, living room is charged as 2 rooms. Hallways are free. For a two bedroom, living room and dining room - $150
For a three bedroom, living room and dining room - $180
For a five bedroom, living room and dining room - $240
Stairs - $40
Tile and grout cleaning - 35 cents a square. Sealing - 20 cents a square. Minimum trip charge of $75
