🦝 Eviction Notice Served! 🏡

This little kit raccoon thought he had pulled off the ultimate heist.

After sneaking into the home through the ductwork, he explored his new "dream house" until he somehow ended up tucked inside the oven hood exhaust. Cozy? Maybe. Safe? Definitely not.

Luckily, our team was able to safely rescue the curious little explorer and use humane removal methods to reunite him with his mother before sealing the home's entry points to keep the family from moving back in.

Here are a few simple ways to help protect your home this summer:

🏡 Inspect your home's exterior for gaps around the roofline, vents, soffits, and foundation.

🌳 Trim tree branches at least 6–8 feet away from your roof to reduce access for squirrels and raccoons.

💧 Eliminate standing water to discourage mosquitoes and other pests.

🗑️ Secure trash cans with tight-fitting lids to avoid attracting skunks, raccoons, and opossums.
