Being a blessing to my clients after a hurricane is something I will NEVER take for granted. 🙏🏽❤️

Ms. Shay is willing and available to help our community in any way I can during this post-hurricane recovery. 🫶🏽

My phone has been ringing off the hook this morning! I know many families are still without power, and I understand that getting back to normal will take time. Please know that even if your power hasn’t been restored yet, I’m still willing to help as much as I can.

🙏🏽 Hopefully, power will be restored to everyone within the next few days. Until then, please take care of yourselves, check on your neighbors, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.

🧹 Ms. Shay will be ready whenever you are!

I will begin servicing my regular clients again on Monday while also doing my best to accommodate those needing post-hurricane cleaning.

I’ve heard back from most, if not all, of my clients, and I’m so thankful to know that you and your families are safe. 💛

I know it may take some time for everyone to recover from Hurricane Isaias, get trees cleared, restore power, and get back to some sense of normalcy. Please know that Ms. Shay is here to help in any way I can. If there’s anything you need or any way I can lend a helping hand, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re going to get through this together! 🙏🏽

As far as cleaning goes, I’m happy to come out and clean if you’d like me to. However, I completely understand that cleaning may not be a priority for many of you right now, and that’s okay! Please focus on yourselves, your families, and getting everything back in order. We can always work out your cleaning schedule when the time is right.

ECPS campuses and offices will remain closed on Tuesday, October 13, as district personnel and contractors are actively making repairs and mitigating damage across our campuses.

We are working closely with local utilities to re-establish vital services to our campuses.

Transportation officials are working to ensure all bus routes can be run safely.

ECPS will continue to provide updates via Focus Communications, social media, and local media outlets. As always, the safety of our students, their families, our employees and this community remains our top priority.

Good morning, BFC Family!

I just wanted to reach out and check on everyone after the hurricane. I’m praying that you and your families are safe and that your homes haven’t suffered too much damage.

I know this storm was rough on so many of us, and I wanted you all to know that you’ve been on my heart and in my prayers. Please take care of yourselves, check on your loved ones and neighbors, and take things one day at a time.

I just wanted to check in and let you know that I’m thinking of you all and hoping everyone is okay.
