Palisades Poolscapes

The bones of the build.

Long before there's water, there's this: a steel cage tied bar by bar, plumbing laid out like a circulatory system, and every line pressure-tested before it disappears for good.

This is the part nobody photographs — and nobody ever sees again. But a pool's life is decided here, in the dirt and the rebar, long before tile or water enter the picture.

We build them to last.

Swipe for the transformation.

This pool had reached the end of its life — worn finish, failing surface, and a backyard that had stopped being used. We stripped it back and rebuilt it: deep charcoal plaster, new waterline tile, and a raised spa that finally matches the setting around it.

Dark plaster changes everything. The water reads deep teal, the reflections sharpen, and the whole garden feels like it was designed around the pool instead of the other way around.

The details that define the finish.

Waterline tile is one of the few things on a pool that's measured in sixteenths — every course has to run true, level, and plumb before a single drop of water ever touches it. Dark glass subway tile going in here, set one sheet at a time.

This is the quiet part of the build. Nobody swims in it yet, but this is where the pool's finished look gets decided.
