No chemicals, No labor, No Equipment, No Plumbing, No Pebble, hmm what else.

Everyone is ready to fight with just about anyone. Clients are more than anxious and impatient. Keep calm as difficult as it is folks, most things right now are out of our control.

A very sad example for builders out there and what could be a beautiful pool.

Lacked waterproofing before they finished plaster. So my suggestion is wll tile stairs and acid wash, fountain and spa. While maybe half tile fountain after acid wash or fully replastered.

Discussed options and possibly an acid wash on the spa and Fountain. Then discuss plaster and tile to correct other areas.
