Ask Kelly for the pics of my yard I sent him on Sunday. My yard was crispy and dead after the freeze. Thanks to you guys, my lawn has nearly fully recovered. I listened to Kelly’s advice about the height to mow, the amount to water and I didn’t panic after the freeze. My neighbors on both sides and across the street are renters and their yards look awful. Mine is a glowing dark vibrant green. I need a bigger yard sign to promote y’all. Feel free to use my yard pics for a social media post or whatever.

I realize I’m a rarity when it comes to lawn maintenance. I mow it myself, I stay up on watering properly and hand w**ding but the biggest factor of my lawns success is Kelly from Termite Lawn and Pest treating for bugs, w**ds and applying the right amount of fertilizer.

With cooler nights moving in, we're seeing a big spike in Rodent activity inside attics. When the temperatures drop , rodents look for warmth, shelter, and easy access points, and unfortunately, attics are the first place they go.

Here are a few quick signs to watch for:

1. Scatching or movement sounds in the attic.
2. Droppings near insulation or storage boxes.
3. New drafts or small gaps around the roofline.

A wildlife control service sealed this residence to prevent rat entry. Regrettably, their efforts were inadequate. To successfully seal a home against rats, one must consider the extremely small openings they can utilize. Witness how this rat squeezes into the opening. Mice are capable of squeezing through even smaller openings!

Reasonable price
Termite Lawn and Pest has been with me through 2 properties with all sorts of different issues. We have even had dog allergies here and there and the team there continues to see what steps can be taken to make sure the lawn looks great and the pets are healthy. They never hesitate to communicate and offer improvements. I fully endorse the team there and appreciate their care for a very squeaky wheel customer like me.

I also can’t remember the last time I saw bugs in the house!

Kelly is amazing. He was my tech in Orlando with St Augustine grass and kept him on in new home in Minneola with zoysia. He is a lifesaver. Told me what to expect over course of next year with establishing new lawn. Tips on cutting different directions, mowing low to ground and weekly to thicken lawn, etc. Between what he has taught me and the w**d prevention and fertilization methods the company utilizes, I have been told by many neighbors I have one of the prettiest lawns in the neighborhood.👍

Kelly has done an awesome job getting our lawn in shape! Highly recommended!
