So my aunt Charlotte hi jacked the property I was set to inherit , because I told her and the buyer a year ago when she tried to sale it the 1st time ,"it's not for sale ",my dad is still alive.. and he and I had his last Will and testimate made years ago before he had his 2nd stroke, with our lawyer and had it notorized , afterwards he figured out my aunt the same one that hijacked my heritage was stealing his disability check and and barely paying the utilities and getting groceries for him , his bills were behind and he was starving ,so my mom stepped in and became my dad's power of attorney, and revoked my aunts title , she was infuriated about this, but deserved it and much more ,over the years she's tried on get different occasions to still sale our property and give my brother and I nothing ,so naturally we continued to say it's not for sale! So she did her home and come up with a way to still convince probate court to force my dad into selling his property .... She did this without my knowledge by deliberately leaving me in the dark and petitioning for conservative over Daddy's Estate, when she's the last person daddy wanted to be the one in control of his estate, but it didn't matter to her she just had to be the one that sold his property and make sure my brother and I got nothing., and she won't speak to us at all and blocked us on social media to avoid be held accountable for stealing our heritage ! Has anyone been through anything like this ? And if so how do we handle it? I can't and won't let her get away with it, this isn't the first or second time she's stolen from my dad , she also forged his name to take out a loan on the property in 2006 ,her and her brother did . I have proof of it . What can I do ?
