To all of our amazing customers,

First, I want to say thank you for continuing to support our small, family-owned business. Your trust and support truly mean the world to us.

As many of you know, we primarily schedule appointments on the weekends. When you book with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced no-call, no-show appointments, and that reserved time cannot be filled at the last minute.

As a husband and parent of two, we plan our weekends around our appointments. When a scheduled customer doesn’t show up, it not only impacts our business financially but also takes away valuable time that could have been spent with our family.

Because of this, we will now require a non-refundable deposit to secure all future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to work with you as long as we receive advance notice.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make this change. This policy allows us to continue providing the best service possible while also protecting the time we dedicate to both our customers and our family.

This job took a considerable amount of time, but the outcome was fantastic. The customer's vehicle had been subjected to four little ones in the back seat for a couple of years, resulting in a significant buildup. We provided a comprehensive service, including vacuuming the interior, steam cleaning, applying an enzyme treatment, shampooing, and finishing with an ozone treatment. Regardless of the job's size, we are committed to delivering exceptional results.

👀 Check out these before and after pictures! This BMW was in desperate need of some love. Sanding was necessary to remove the oxidation, then we moved on to a 2-stage buff to bring back the shine on the hood. We also gave the inside some love with a good deep interior detail.

Not every job is a quick wash and shine — sometimes it takes bringing out the heavy hitters. 💪🏾

A buddy of mine from high school brought me his truck after another “mobile detailer” let harsh chemicals dry onto his 28x16 wheels, leaving them stained and dull. Situations like this can permanently damage finishes if they aren’t corrected the right way.

I normally don’t have to pull out the wheel buffing tools, but this one needed extra attention. I carefully worked the wheels to restore their look, then polished the glass and applied System X coating to help protect everything moving forward.

This is why proper products and techniques matter. Cutting corners can cost more in the long run — but done right, results like this last. ✨
