Influences Of Zion LLC is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to help grow our commercial cleaning division throughout the Hampton Roads / Seven Cities area of Virginia.
🎯 Your Goal
Generate leads, build relationships with local businesses, and secure new commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning contracts for Influences Of Zion LLC.
Services You’ll Be Selling Include:
• Office & small commercial cleaning
• Retail & business facilities
• Banks and professional offices
• Post-construction & renovation cleaning
• Floor care — stripping, waxing, polishing & sealing
• Carpet extraction
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Recurring janitorial/cleaning services
💰 Commission Structure
Recurring Cleaning Contracts: Earn commission based on the value of the new contract secured.
One-Time / Post-Construction Projects: Earn 10%–15% commission based on the total project value.*
Commission is paid after the customer’s payment has been received and cleared.
✨ Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is confident approaching businesses, comfortable networking and generating leads, professional when representing our company, self-motivated, and able to turn conversations into opportunities.
Experience in sales, commercial cleaning, property management, construction, real estate, or business-to-business sales is a plus, but the ability to communicate and build relationships is most important.
