We’re seeing rodent activity in these crawl spaces at an increasing rate, and there’s a reason we want homeowners to start paying attention.
When crawl space walls and other areas are completely covered with foam or any other materials, rodent entry points and activity can become much harder to see and address. Once rodents find their way in, they can take advantage of hidden spaces and cause significant damage — including damage to insulation, wiring, and other components of the crawl space.
