Hey guys! I’ve been working on something for a long time and I want to share it with you first!

A lot of people said that I was wasting my time, that it wouldn’t work and that nobody would ever use it

But I went ahead and built it anyways 😂

Just in time for fall I built an instant estimate software tool for roof moss removal

You just enter your address, our software automatically measures your roof using satellite image and you get a price

Gutter cleaning, roof soft washing and interior + exterior window cleaning out in N Portland this morning

When you do a service like this you have to start up top and work your way down

Meaning roof and gutters get cleaned before outside windows

This way we don’t get gutter debris or overspray from our soft wash equipment on the window panes

Genesis and Pureflo at it again!

Most businesses are afraid to network with competing companies, but that’s certainly not the case here.

Zwai and I have been swapping favors back and forth for the last three years like a business owner’s cheat code 😂

When we first met, his pressure washer broke down on a job.

I drove out to McMinnville and we used my chemical and pressure washer to get him back up and running so he could finish the job and get paid.

Then years later I encountered a roof I was struggling with, and he helped us.

Then he needed to borrow our window cleaning equipment for a job.

Later, we borrowed some pressure washing equipment.

And on and on and on.

Today we were still doing some maintenance on our pressure washer and had a job to complete.

He showed up and let us use his.

Then he had a roof wash later and needed more chemical, so we loaded him up with enough to finish his job.

I don’t know… maybe we should stop hanging out though 😂

Well, it’s been an interesting and stressful 48 hours at Pureflo!

We are so lucky to have such a talented and incredibly hard working team

Yesterday Kyle arrived to start work at 7:30 AM

We were going to do some maintenance on the pressure washer

At 7:31 AM we got a call from Samantha

On her way to drop off our kids, the housekeeping vehicle broke down

We met her and took the kids to the babysitter

Our employee Juanita generously offered to let us use her car for the day so we could still complete work

Kyle and I diagnosed the car and decided it was a fuel pump

Robert over at Robert’s limitless met us at the car and drove it back to home base so we could work on it

The entire time Kyle assured us we could fix it ourselves and save over $1,000 on repair costs

So today at 8 AM Kyle arrived

We lifted the car, dropped the tank, replaced the fuel pump and got it running by 11:30

Kyle has been with us a little over a month now and he is an incredibly talented young man at only 19 years old

We are INCREDIBLY LUCKY AND GRATEFUL to have such an amazing team right now 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We think a company outing is in the cards for these guys ❤️

Another exterior reset, and this is a good example of why we inspect every roof we get on (see all photos)

Our roof inspection revealed exposed nails on the ridge and on vent flashing

You can’t see this kind of stuff from the ground, that’s why whenever we put our ladder on a roof, we do one of these inspections at no cost

The rest of the work went as planned

Roof soft wash
Gutter cleaning + testing
Siding soft wash
Skylight cleaning
Exterior windows
Driveway pressure washing

We always hit the skylights on a roof wash, it’s a nice finishing touch 👌

Nothing beats a good before & after ✨

Our Pureflo crew was BUSY last week tackling the kind of buildup that needs a little more than a quick wipe down. From a heavily used cooktop to a tub that needed some serious attention… the difference speaks for itself.

And yes, we were still smiling at the end of it. 😂

So proud of this crew and the care they put into every home we walk into.
