Well I can't believe I managed to make an extra 2 years in between posts. It's sadly time to announce that Happy House Elf is no longer going to be a business. Unfortunately with everything that has happened health-wise with my family I am not able to dedicate time to take care of everyone else the way that they deserve. It took a lot of self-reflection to be able to come to this decision. I want to thank everybody for the amazing 12 years. I will be available hopefully down the road for the occasional spruce up or organizational assistance but unfortunately I will not be able to continue doing the weekly and bi-weekly cleaning as I have been in the past. I wish everyone the best. Thank you for everything.

It is with heavy heart that I am announcing that I will be closing down this page and no longer taking new clients. It has been a crazy 10 years, starting as just once a week help for a friend while I was in college, to not having any room on my schedule for a month out.
Unfortunately my health is not what it once was, and I need to start lightening what I have on my plate if I am to continue to be there for my kids. I will still be available to my currently scheduled clients, and for ideas on how to get something clean or organized, but I will not be able to do all the heavy lifting that I used to do.

Haven't posted in a while, but thank you all for your support. Crazy busy, but I would like to give a reminder that if you are looking for help with a moving out or moving in clean, most people are booked out for at least a couple of weeks if not a month. Please plan accordingly. I am happy to help, with enough notice to fit you in.

In light of this virus spread I want to remind everyone that washing your hands is a great first step. What is even better is to make sure to wipe down your surfaces that get touched: such as counters, doorknobs, light switches, handles, toilet seats, as well as electonics: keyboards, tablets, and especially your phone.
