If you don’t know me, my name is Jordan Spinella and I am the Owner/Operator of CNY Soft Wash, LLC. This is my 5th year in business cleaning the exteriors of many residences, camps and businesses. I also have a new washing option and that’s cleaning memorial headstones. I am at every job to make sure that the project goes smoothly and the customer is satisfied!

We use a process called Soft Washing which is a combination of low-pressure water, soap and sodium hypochlorite that is used on the exterior surfaces like roofs, siding and fences. This process of using the cleaning power of the soap along with the sodium hypochlorite in the water is highly effective in cleaning away dirt, mildew and moss from soiled areas on and around your house, camp or business. Along with the exceptional cleaning power of soft washing, it is also very eco-friendly, safe on your landscapes and most importantly safe for your family and pets! We also do power washing for those areas that require that type of application.

At CNY Soft Wash, LLC, family and the memory of our loved ones—both past and present—are always close to our hearts. While cleaning residences and businesses have always been part of what we do, we are proud to introduce a new service dedicated to caring for the memorials of those who mean the most to us.

We now offer professional memorial stone cleaning services to help restore the beauty and dignity of your loved one’s monument. Over time, weather and environmental conditions can cause stones to appear dirty, dingy, and much older than they truly are. Proper care is essential, as these stones must be cleaned using the correct methods to avoid damage.

At CNY Soft Wash, LLC, we use safe and specialized techniques designed to gently clean and preserve memorial stones while trying our best to restore their original appearance.

In addition, we can also provide light landscaping such as flowers and mulch around the memorial helping to keep the entire resting place neat, respectful, and well cared for.

Our goal is to help families honor and preserve the memory of their loved ones with the respect and care they deserve.

Good morning my beautiful people!!! Just want to share some of the work that CNY Soft Wash, LLC have been completing. Now this house had somewhat older siding and had a heavy presence of algae which was no match for CNY Soft Wash, LLC.
