Happy Sunday everyone!
I just want to take a second to update somethings, everything you read today will be typed up on a fall news letter as well.
Payment policy - Payment is due the time of your cleaning service unless we have made prior arrangements.
Venmo users are highly encouraged to send the night before or the morning before your time of service.
10% of your total will be added on to your balance if the balance is not paid in 48 hours.
Checks will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.
If paying with a check has been your payment method thus far, it is okay it keep doing so.
All deep cleans/one time cleanings will need a 10 % non refundable deposit to book the clean. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance after the clean is completed.
50% of the balance for all deep cleans/onetime cleans will need to be paid before the job is started and the other 50% will need to be paid when the service is completed.
Cleanings are done M-F unless something is scheduled otherwise. Phone calls/text messages/emails will not be answered from 5pm on Friday until 8am Monday morning, as the weekends are time for my husband and my children. However, I will look at texts and emails when my kids are asleep and get back to you if I have time but I try to soak as much family time up as I can on the weekends.
All deep cleans/one time cleans are highly preferred to be scheduled 5 days before the day you need the clean done, to ensure we can accommodate the service you’re interested in.
