🧽✨ Happy Thursday Cleaning Tip! ✨🧽
Did you know hardwood floors should be cleaned with a neutral pH cleaner?
A neutral pH is around 7, making it gentle enough to clean without damaging the protective finish on your hardwood floors over time.
🟢 Neutral pH (around 7) = Perfect for sealed hardwood floors and everyday cleaning.
❌ Avoid using harsh acidic or highly alkaline cleaners, as they can dull or damage the finish.
💧 Pro Tip: Less water is more! Your mop should be damp, not soaking wet. Excess water can seep into the seams and cause hardwood to warp or swell.
One of my go-to products for sealed hardwood floors is Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner. It leaves floors clean, shiny, and residue-free without being harsh on the finish.
💙 Professional Cleaning Tip: Always know what surface you’re cleaning before choosing your cleaner. Using the right product makes all the difference!
Have a wonderful Thursday, everyone! 😊
