-My price for rental cleanings is based off of how many beds are in your cabin, not bedrooms but beds. Then I go off of how big the cabin is and if you have a wood-burning stove, so that's how I base my pricing and then depending on if there's any extra details that you want done for your renters along with the cleaning and replenishing of supplies. Also the extra things I do are bring in and out

the trash barrels I change lights and batteries I do inventory of supplies and products I write invoices after every cleaning I send pictures and I tell you if anything is broken damaged or missing. most importantly I like to meet in person sometime before I start cleaning so we can meet and so I can see how your home is set up and how you like things set for when renters arrive.

-For basic or deep cleanings it depends on the size of your cabin and what all you actually want done. As far as cleaning goes I automatically sweep mop vacuum and dust. I clean bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living rooms lofts and dens.
