If you’ve been searching for a cleaning company that is professional, reliable, detail-obsessed, and genuinely cares about the finished result, we currently have a few openings in our schedule.

Timberline Property Management has built our business largely through word of mouth, repeat clients, and referrals. We are extremely proud of the relationships we’ve built and the fact that we retain our clients long-term.

The only reason we are currently looking to take on additional work is a good one — we have finally built a team of reliable, hardworking cleaners that we want to keep, and several of them are looking for additional hours as we head into the slower winter season.

We currently have limited availability for:

🚨 URGENT: PROFESSIONAL CLEANING HELP NEEDED THIS WEEKEND 🚨

I am in desperate need of experienced, reliable cleaners to help with a large short-term rental property this Friday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM both days.

This is our 16-bedroom, 11-bathroom property near Minong, so I am specifically looking for people who understand professional cleaning, can work efficiently as part of a team, follow directions, and most importantly—show up when they commit to working.

💰 Pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on professional cleaning experience, speed, and skill level.

This is not a small residential cleaning job. We will be completing full guest turnovers on a very large property within a limited time frame, so dependable help is absolutely essential. Experience with vacation rentals, resorts, hotels, housekeeping, or professional residential cleaning is strongly preferred.

You must be available to work both Friday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There may also be opportunities for additional work in the future for the right person.

🌿 Summer Job Opportunity – Looking for Motivated High School & College Students! 🌿

Looking for a great way to earn money this summer? Timberline Property Management is looking for a few reliable, hardworking people to help clean beautiful vacation rental properties in the Minong area.

Our biggest project is a 16-bedroom, 11-bath luxury vacation home, so this is a very active, fast-paced job that’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in doing quality work.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• High school or college students looking for summer income
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to handle a physically active job (lots of walking, stairs, lifting laundry, etc.)

🕘 Most work is during the daytime, Monday through Friday, with only the occasional weekend.

💲Starting pay is $17/hour during training, with opportunities for higher pay once you’re fully trained based on your speed, quality of work, and experience.

🚨 HELP WANTED - IMMEDIATE OPENING-Professional Cleaning🚨

I don’t normally post things like this, but I am in a position where I genuinely need help.

Our cleaning company has several large same-day turnovers scheduled this week, including one of our biggest properties, and I just had someone back out on me with very short notice. I am currently working long days, seven days a week, and I physically cannot continue carrying this workload alone.

I am looking for someone who can start immediately and who is interested in ongoing work 1–2 days per week moving forward.

My requirements are simple:

✔ Reliable
✔ Trustworthy
✔ Hardworking
✔ Able to show up when scheduled

Experience is helpful, but reliability is non-negotiable. I can teach cleaning. I cannot teach someone to care about showing up. If you cannot commit to this requirement please do not contact me! If you are reliable and can work when you are scheduled then this position is great pay and we would love you to join our team!

To be completely honest, I have reached the point where there is no room in this business for unreliable people. My clients depend on me, and I need team members that I can depend on as well. If you tell me you’ll be there, I need you to be there.

This is physically demanding work, but it’s flexible and there is ongoing work available for the right person.
