👋 MEET THE FACES BEHIND THE VOICES! 🧡

You may know us from the phone calls, emails, appointment reminders, questions, and all the little details that help keep your Vertex service running smoothly, but today, we wanted to put some faces to the voices you hear!

Our office team is here every day to support you, answer your questions, help solve problems, and make sure you feel taken care of from the moment you reach out to us.

We’re proud to have a team that genuinely cares about our customers and the community we serve. While our technicians are out protecting your homes, we’re behind the scenes making sure they and YOU have the support you need.

And one familiar face is temporarily missing from the photo… Maddy is currently out enjoying some very special time on maternity leave as she welcomes her newest little one! We’re so happy for her and can’t wait to have her back when the time is right.
