An important update to our Septic Pump-Out Reimbursement Program is going into effect on January 1, 2026. This program helps residents properly maintain their septic systems and protect local waterways from pollution.
Beginning January 1, reimbursements will only be issued for septic pump-outs performed by septage haulers approved by the Charles County Health Department. Residents are encouraged to review the Approved Haulers List before scheduling a pump-out.

Our hearts are heavy as we share the news of Wayne’s passing. Wayne wasn’t just our owner — he was the heart of our business and a true friend to everyone here. His kindness, laughter, and generosity touched so many lives, and the impact he made will never be forgotten.

Wayne believed in people. He built more than a business — he built a family. Whether it was a word of encouragement, a helping hand, or simply his smile, he always found a way to lift others up.

We’ll miss him more than words can say, but will carry his spirit in our business, alongside his son Jonathan, grandson Owen, and wife Jackie, continuing the care, passion, and dedication that Wayne brought to everything he did.

Rest easy, Wayne. You will be missed beyond words.
