It has come to my attention that the public does not know the difference between pro grade equipment, and box store equipment. The difference is massive. Along with the skill that it takes to properly clean delicate siding, painted surfaces, and high reach areas (3 or more stories). We have been getting calls from people who have had the following issues with other companies.
Broken windows, flooded houses, broken siding, damaged paint, ladder marks on paint, broken siding from ladders, damaged landscaping, pavers that have been etched from pressure, pavers that have blown apart, driveways that high pressure has etched, white streaked siding, damaged asphalt, landscape edging that's been obliterated. Please call a professional that has experience, and the right tools. That is all.

Great review from Pat... "Scott (the owner) cleaned our older wraparound Trex deck last evening. Scott took his time. Not only did he remove the algae on the deck, he also brought back its natural shine! Our deck looks beautiful. In addition to cleaning the floor, Scott also cleaned the facing on the deck. Scott answered my questions before he began and he reviewed what he had done when he finished. Scott arrived on time, and he was very professional. Darcie, the office manager, worked with me to best meet my schedule. She sent texts as reminders, and she also was available to answer any of my questions. I am very pleased with the service we received from the C&S Cleaning Service. I highly recommend that you give them a call for any of your cleaning needs. We are glad we did!"
