J.P. is one of our Plumbers/Service Technicians and has been with Baker & Sons for 11 years — that’s over a decade of showing up, solving problems, and taking care of customers the right way.

This week we’re introducing Ty Wetterstrom 👷‍♂️

Ty is our General Workshop Supervisor and has been with Baker & Sons for 4 years and 8 months — and he’s a big reason jobs run as smoothly as they do behind the scenes.

💬 “The installers.”
That’s what Ty says he loves most about his job — the team. And if you know anything about us, you know that says everything about who he is.
Ty brings serious experience to the table —
⚙️ Former machinist & tool and die maker for the U.S. Navy 🇺🇸
🔧 Now helping lead the work that keeps homes and systems running right
His go-to piece of equipment?
🚜 Bobcat skid loader — because sometimes you need power to get the job done right.
When he’s not working, it’s all about what matters most:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spending time with his family
(With 6 kids, that’s a full-time job on its own!)
🐶 + one dog to top it off
💡 His advice to customers:
