John D. Rockefeller said something that still makes people uncomfortable over a century later. He who works all day has no time to make money, and if you actually sit with that for a second, it is not an insult toward hard work, it is a warning about mistaking busy for wealthy.
Here is what he was really getting at. Trading hours for a paycheck has a hard ceiling built into it, there are only so many hours in a day and only so much your time is worth per hour no matter how hard you grind. Building actual wealth requires stepping back from the labor itself long enough to build or invest in something that makes money without your hands being on it every single minute, which is impossible to do if every waking hour is already spoken for.
This does not mean quit your job tomorrow, that is not realistic for most people and Rockefeller himself built an empire before stepping back from the daily grind of it. It means being intentional about carving out time, even small amounts, to build the thing that eventually buys your time back, instead of staying so busy working that there is never a moment left to actually build wealth.
