Signs of bed bugs include:
🔴 Small red bites, often in a line or cluster
🔴 Tiny rust-colored stains on sheets or mattresses
🔴 Dark spots (bed bug droppings) on bedding or furniture
🔴 Shed skins or tiny white eggs in mattress seams and cracks
🔴 Live bed bugs hiding around beds, headboards, furniture, and baseboards

Never a dull day around here 😂🐍

Meet our in-house Certified Reptile and Amphibian Specialist, Andrew, who brought in a baby yellow rat snake that he removed safely from a customer’s home to show everyone and teach us a little more about these misunderstood little guys.

Yellow rat snakes are actually non-venomous and play a huge role in keeping rodent populations under control. As temperatures start warming up, you’ll be seeing snakes a lot more often as they become more active searching for food, water, and sunshine.

Remember…not every snake is dangerous, and many are beneficial to our environment. This little fella was safely admired and released back where he belongs.

One of our techs safely caught an otter today, and of course the little guy got a snack before being released back where he belongs. Today we had the pleasure of having Paisley join us, thanks to her mom, our longtime team member Alex Hemilright. Paisley isn’t new to us we’ve known her since what feels like the beginning of time, so having her here today just felt right.

There’s something special about seeing the next generation get a glimpse of what we do every day. From learning the ropes to just hanging out with the crew, it’s a reminder that what we’re building goes beyond just work…it’s about family, community, and the relationships we’ve grown over the years.
