We understand that life happens and plans can change! However, to respect our time and schedule, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

This fee must be paid before any future cleaning appointments can be booked or completed.
