Finally got my Safiee!! 🙌🏼 Y’all, I’m so excited to use this tomorrow at work and see how well it works! 😂

And I LOVE being able to support a fellow cleaning lady! We cleaners have to stick together! 🧽😂

If you haven’t seen these before, a Safiee is used to store your wet cleaning tools—sponges, Magic Erasers, steel wool, pumice stones, etc.—so they actually have a place to dry instead of getting tossed in your cleaning bag all wet and nasty. 🤣

I’m going to use mine for my pumice stones, and let’s be honest… I’ll probably end up buying another one or two for my sponges because I can already tell I’m going to love this thing! 😂

But seriously… how cool is this?!

Carrie, you’re awesome! Thank you for thinking about us cleaners out here and coming up with something that makes our jobs just a little bit easier! 💚

BIDET. BIDET. BIDET. 🚿🤣

Listen… I clean a LOT of toilets in this business. I have seen things. I have smelled things. I have survived things. 😂

But THIS BIDET?
She has beef with me. 😭🤣

For some reason, every. single. time. I clean you, you decide to spray me right back in the face. 🙃

I have cleaned this same bidet OVER A DOZEN TIMES and you would think by now I’d have figured out how to avoid the splash zone…

NOPE. 🤦‍♀️😂

Apparently, I’m the house cleaner AND the one getting pressure-washed.

And before anybody asks… yes, thankfully, it’s clean. 😂
So I guess getting sprayed is just part of the service package now.

The glamorous life of a house cleaner, y’all.
You never know what kind of battles you’re walking into. 🤣🧽

🚩🚩 CLEANING RED FLAGS 🚩🚩

Let’s talk about them… because we’ve ALL got at least one. 😂

🚩 You spray the shower with cleaner and immediately rinse it off.
Ma’am… it didn’t even have time to WORK. 😭

🚩 You clean your floors but never clean your baseboards.
The baseboards are watching. 👀

🚩 You use the same rag on the toilet and then the kitchen.
I’m not explaining this one. Just… please don’t. 😂

🚩 You “clean” by moving everything from one room into another.
Congratulations. You have relocated the mess. 😂

🚩 You vacuum around the furniture but never move anything.
That dust bunny under the couch has been paying rent for 3 years. 🐰

🚩 You only clean when someone says they’re coming over.
And suddenly you’re fighting for your LIFE at 9:47 PM. 😂

🚩 You have a decorative towel in the bathroom that NOBODY is allowed to touch.
We know the one. 😂

🚩 You say “my house isn’t THAT dirty” and then apologize 14 times when your cleaner arrives.
Girl. We’ve seen worse. 😂❤️

🚩 You have a junk drawer… and then a junk cabinet… and then a junk ROOM.
At that point, it’s no longer junk. It’s an organizational system. 😂

🫧 CLEANING TIP: Why I LOVE Hydrogen Peroxide for Showers! 🫧

Let’s talk about one of my favorite little cleaning helpers: 3% hydrogen peroxide! 👏🏼

If your shower has that lovely combination of soap scum, grime, dingy grout and surface-level mildew… hydrogen peroxide can be a GREAT option. 😅

So why use it?

✨ It’s an oxidizer — meaning it helps break down organic stains and discoloration rather than simply masking them.

✨ It can help with surface-level mildew and bacteria and is especially useful on bathroom surfaces.

✨ It can brighten white grout and help lift that dingy appearance.

✨ It doesn’t leave behind the same strong chlorine odor that bleach does.

✨ And when used properly, it’s a relatively simple, inexpensive cleaning product to keep around.

🚿 WHERE CAN YOU USE IT?

3% hydrogen peroxide is generally a good choice for:

✔️ White porcelain tubs
✔️ Ceramic tile
✔️ Porcelain tile
✔️ Glass shower doors
✔️ White/light-colored grout
✔️ Many hard, non-porous bathroom surfaces

BUT HERE’S THE IMPORTANT PART… 👇🏼

Hydrogen peroxide is NOT a “spray it on everything” cleaner!

🚫 I would NOT use it as a go-to cleaner on:

❌ Marble
❌ Travertine
❌ Limestone
❌ Other natural stone without verifying the manufacturer’s care instructions
❌ Dark or brightly colored grout without testing first
❌ Colored caulk/sealants
❌ Unsealed wood
❌ Surfaces where the manufacturer specifically says to avoid oxidizing cleaners

Natural stone deserves its own cleaning products. A pH-neutral stone cleaner is generally the safer choice for routine natural-stone care.

And because peroxide has mild bleaching properties, ALWAYS test an inconspicuous area first, especially on colored grout or anything you aren’t 100% sure about.

⚠️ AND PLEASE DON’T MIX CLEANERS!

This one is BIG.

🚫 Never mix hydrogen peroxide with bleach, vinegar, ammonia, or other cleaning chemicals.

More cleaning products does NOT equal a cleaner shower. It can equal a chemistry experiment nobody asked for. 😂

For everyday shower maintenance, the surface you’re cleaning should always determine the product you reach for.

That’s one of the biggest differences between cleaning and professional cleaning — knowing what NOT to put on something is just as important as knowing what to use. 😉

Okay cleaners… this one is for US. 😂

What’s something you’ve experienced while cleaning that made you think:
“Yep… nobody warned me about THIS when I started my business.” 🤣

🧼 The amount of hair we find EVERYWHERE.
🧼 The mystery crumbs that somehow appear in places crumbs should NEVER be.
