What is the cheapest UV sterilizer on Amazon that actually works?

Unfortunately, almost all of them do not work. There are a couple of boxes for sanitizing cellphones for about $150 that actually work, but wiping your phone with isopropyl alcohol is probably more effective.

Almost anything with LEDs will not work. Real 254nm LEDs are too expensive and cumbersome for a consumer product. Consequently, a real UV sanitizer is almost certainly going to be a mercury v***r tube.

Most fake UV sterilization wands are nail curing or scorpion hunting wands that have been re-labeled to sell to unsuspecting people wanting to sterilize with UV lamps. Save your money.

By the way, a real UV-C wand would be extremely dangerous and probably would not be legal to sell in the United States, so Amazon would not carry it.

Our technicians were called to disinfect a studio, where a client unfortunately contracted C-Diff, a stomach virus that can cause the disruption of healthy bacteria in the colon. It can also be transmitted from person to person by spores. It can cause severe damage to the colon and even be fatal.

There are other dangers out there that’s not COVID-19.

What is the best theory on the long-term future of COVID-19? Will it ever be eradicated? Is it a constant threat that people will have to guard against?

The “best” theory is the one that has not been written yet.

Here in the very first 10 months of the pandemic, experts in epidemiology do not have all the information needed to make accurate predictions about the future course of Covid-19. “COVID-19 models aren’t made to be unquestioned oracles. They’re not trying to tell us one precise future, but rather the range of possibilities given the facts on the ground.”[1]

During SARS, I’ve worn an N95 mask for over 18 hours at times, taking it off only to eat or drink. I performed a similar experiment at the time with similar results. The only negative effect was that I didn’t have access to a place to brush my teeth and had to smell my own breath. Now that was awful!
