• Our rate is $55 labor per hour. Material and equipment are already included. Please be advised that HOURS COUNT PER CLEANER, for exampale 1hr is equivalent to 1 worker and so on.
• Minimum requirement per booking is 4 hours of labor work.
• You will be notified incase more
work is needed with your permission.
• You are responsible to cut the time if you need to above the minimum requirement.
• We only clean where we can reach and have the right to refuse if we feel unsafe or too much liability.
• Heavy items would not be moved as well items that can scratch or can brake.
• We will do our best to remove stains but if something is in disrepair when we arrive, we will only be able to make sure it is clean.
• Trash will be collected and bagged but we do not remove it from the property to avoid any misunderstandings.
• Close Supervision is strictly advised.
• You are responsible of providing electricity, water to rinse.
• Any appointment not confirmed with in 24 hours will be cancel.
• You are required to inspect and do a walk around of the cleaning once completed. If you find any spots or areas that were not cleaned as expected you may ask respectfully our cleaning staff to re-clean a section or sections until you have approved of the quality of the entire cleaning.

First time detail cleaning are more time consuming if it’s being neglected for quite a long time and due to different factors, we don’t compromise to finish the job in time allowed, although we will work in a non stop pace and always working carefully with your property.
