In addition to overseeing all operations, service, employees, contracts, proposals and billing, taught the National Swimming Pool Foundation® (NSPF®) Certified Pool/Spa Operator® Certification (CPO®) course. He and his company are consistently recognized for the NSPF® Special Achievement and NSPF® Top Instructor awards. We are consultants specializing in everything pools. In addition to certifying 4,000 students (10% of U.S.), Steve was on panels that influenced State Recreational Bathing Codes. Provided leadership to such organizations as NSPF®, NESPA, CAI - NJ Chapter, NJAA, NJPRS, PRPS and NJ and NY Health Departments. Named to the VGB training team for NESPA by CPSC to provide training services on compliance with the act to health and building code officials in NJ, PA, CT and NY. Also was at the forefront with the ADA act. Maintained and trained all employees at six NHL, NBA and NFL team facilities.
