One vacuum in 2011... All the way to now with however many you can count in this video (and that's just the ones that fit on camera).

The vacuum count isn't really the point. The point is what it took to get there. Fifteen years of showing up on time, doing the work the way it should be done, and keeping clients long enough that they sent their friends, their landlords, their property managers, their realtors, and their offices our way.

What started as one woman with one vacuum cleaning houses around Longview is now a full team handling residential, commercial, post-construction, window cleaning, and Airbnb turnovers across Cowlitz County and beyond. Every vacuum in this video represents a route, a recurring client, a commercial account, a team member trained on a standard we don't compromise on.

None of it happened by accident. And none of it would've happened without this community trusting us with their homes and businesses for fifteen years running.

Cancer treatment takes everything out of a person. Energy, focus, time, the bandwidth to keep up with everything that doesn't pause just because someone's sick. The dishes pile up. Floors need vacuuming. The bathroom doesn't clean itself. And the person who'd normally handle it is busy trying to get through chemo.

Cleaning for a Reason is a national nonprofit that connects people in active cancer treatment with local cleaning companies who provide free home cleanings throughout treatment. No cost, no catch. Just one less thing on the list during a season that already has too much on it.

This program has been part of what we do for years. Cowlitz County is home, and showing up for people here is the whole point of running a business in a community this size.

Asked AI to define a word. Got an accidental industry call-out.

The definition itself isn't really the interesting part. AI got it right. A warranty is a promise that the work meets a certain standard, and the company that did the work stands behind that standard.

That part sounds simple. The reason it isn't simple is because half the companies in this industry will quote that exact definition back at you and then act like a follow-up is an unreasonable ask. Suddenly the schedule is full, the response time stretches into next month, or the crew just doesn't come back at all.

A real warranty isn't a fallback for sloppy work. It's a standard a crew is willing to back in writing because they trust their own work that much. The job gets done right the first time. The warranty just makes that promise explicit.

That's the difference between a tagline and a standard.

Who likes wet socks? No one.

And honestly, that hack is going to leave your baseboards worse than when you started.

The right way to clean baseboards depends on a few things. The finish matters first. Glossy painted wood can take a damp microfiber and a drop of dish soap. MDF (which is what most modern baseboards are made of) will warp if you soak it, so barely-damp is the rule and you dry it right after. Then there's the buildup. Kitchen baseboards collect grease, bathroom ones get hit with hairspray and humidity, and hallway ones are mostly scuffs from shoes and vacuum cords. Each one wants a different product.

The biggest thing people miss is dry-dusting before anything wet touches the surface. Skip that step and you're just turning dust into mud and pushing it around and possibly causing micro scratches.

A microfiber, a soft brush for the top edge, and the right product for the room will get you most of the way there. Or you can call us and not think about baseboards at all.
