Here's a chuckle at my expense of a heart beat or 20! 😂

The back story is: having already been jeebs surprised by a copperhead earlier in the week, the danger noodle feelers be still on point.

Well, here I am jamming along and catch a bit of this in my glance ahead. Now, I'm an old gal and my far vision isn't the greatest so here's how it went down:
Grabbed the mop handle and from around the corner, pushed a chair in its direction. Hmm. Didn't seem to move. Grabbed a small spice container and rolled it on the floor. Dang. Didn't quite make it and I'm still attempting to be in stealth mode. I couldn't tell if I was 2 together but either way, the largest tube dudes I've seen in a while. So, I finally landed a few spice cylinders right on em and still no movement!

Then it dawned on me to take a pic with my phone and zoom in for a closer look. I then leaped over Ninja-like to the other side of the room for a clear shot.

I was today years old that I've ever seen a rope that frayed! Thats my story and I'm sticking it to. After laughing at myself, I let the manager know that someone was trying to give the cleaning lady a heart attack! 😂😂

Oh the adventures we will have!

No visit is complete without my booblesnoot lovins and all the conversation! She is just full of personality and loves her some Delta time 🥰🐈 She finally let me put her down in the cat tower and then the posing began 😂

Wood You? 🤔

Natural hardwood floors are such a gem when maintained properly. What's the difference you may ask? These beauties MUST be married up with the right cleaner and service professional; No heavily scented "froof" solutions, absolutely no abrasives, clean equipment and the right finesse!! As with any flooring, hardwood should have a shiny protective seal. Harsh chemical cleaners will dull and destroy this layer leaving hardwood vulnerable and potentially damaged beyond repair. Using a neutral pH cleaner AND heavily diluted (the best is always Murphys 😉), a slightly damp (not wet!) mop, and cleaning strokes with the wood grain to reduce streaking. When dried, should be a glow and reflection with that seal still in tact.
For you overachievers, a well applied coat or 10 of a wood floor polish, as my gal Jodie would say, will give these a magnificent glass anesthetic with even more ease of maintaining.

How do I know so much about wood floors? Because a few of the pics below are my own santuary and I've already endured the learning curve 😉 The other 2 are a home I've maintained for nearly 3 years with yet to entertain a reseal. 😎

Ahhh The beauty of weekly service!

Make no mistake, this large commercial space is jamming daily with foot traffic and bathroom use a plenty.
How often do I deep clean, you may ask?
The answer is simple- it never needs a separate "deep clean" visit. I strive to keep this gem sparkling with EVERY visit! Utilizing a Kirby instead of a dust flicking broom or swifter, extracting dust on intake vents or door frames for example is just a matter of a quick attachment change. I originally self scheduled the front office fans, blinds and baseboards once a month but with extraction method cleaning, I find them barely layered MAYBE every other month. Adding that chore to my list is simple and ensures an impression is made every time but is never an additional bill to this client. They're appreciation and loyalty is beyond enough to keep me eye balling those behind and above spaces. 😉 Cheers to 2 years of trust and care 🥂

All the joys of getting a room ready for a welcome home. This home gets a routine clean plus an additional hour of organizing each visit. While I will tackle various areas or closets each time, I simply have to get Lil Miss' room done each time. 🥰 So much fun and I just know she loves it ❤️

It's Throne Thursday!
Well, everyday is throne day in my world. Call me crazy but I do love detailing the toilets. Its such a great instant gratification. Deep lips? Grab the phone camera to ensure its done right 😎

Happy Toooosday MetaWorld!

Just popping in to thank my amazing clients for their loyalty and patience during my transition time. It has been nothing short of stressful trying to uphold schedule commitments while attempting to not miss out on a potential buyer for house showings. You all have been beyond understanding and I cannot thank you enough. YOU are what pays the bills and ensures my stress doesn't increase and you have no idea how much this means to me.
I have now however revamped house showing times to allow my client obligations to be met as scheduled. This will curb the unpredictability and ease my mind as well. Again.. Thank YOU! You are the best clients on the planet! 🥰🥰 I owe the happiness of 4 years and going to YOU!
