Our team of technicians uses only federal approved pH neutral biological solutions that contain no acids, salts, or chlorine and are specifically designed to remove stains from mold, algae, mildew, lichens and air pollutants. If brass exists on the marker, we will utilize a brass cleaning techniques. All of our products from the brushes to towels are intended to be utilized with delicate hands. We
never use steel brushes, pressure washers or anything abrasive that will risk damaging the stone. Upon receipt of a service request, Written In Stone, LLC will inspect the location of the request. In the event that the headstone is in a state that we deem it unable to safely clean, damaged beyond repair or in an area that is not serviceable, Written In Stone, LLC will refund your payment (minus the $25.00 new client service fee) within 30 calendar days. Each site will receive a small bouquet of silk flowers placed after the cleaning is complete if permitted and accordance to the rules of the cemetery. We also offer Holiday, Season or Special Times Memorial Decorations where clients are able to request a specific holiday or special day with standard decoration or customized. Each Standard Decoration request will always include (if within 12 months of cleaning service) a dusting of the marker. Specifics on the Standard Decorations are listed in the pricing. We will always provide a photo of the decorations with your invoice. After the any service visit is complete, you will receive before and after photos with a copy of your receipt.
