Faithfully Pristine Cleaners is hiring!

Our little baby company is growing leaps and bounds and while we're so proud, that we need more professional cleaners, stat! We're looking for the perfect addition to our awesome crew!

Specifically, we are looking for someone who is:

Self motivated - you'll proactively tackle little tasks rather than waiting to be nudged into cleaning the small details

Trustworthy - I work very hard to ensure our turnover stays low. Our clients deserve to rest comfortably knowing that the same small crew of ladies are getting to know and then care for their home. Because of that, I'll be making sure whoever I hire is safe, trustworthy and full of integrity. It is important we are a good fit for one another.

A servant's heart - it would be nearly impossible for someone to enjoy this job if they don't find joy in serving.

A problem solved - someone who will hunt for a solution rather than use hurdles and excuses

Respectful of others - it is imperative that our clients and their homes are treated with the utmost respect. They trust us, and we will always treat their homes, belongings, pets and families with the utmost care and respect.

A love for people - we need smiley faces and kind words greeting every one of our clients. It's important that you're able to check yourself into a chipper mindset that will leave our clients feeling warm and fuzzy.

And finally someone who truly wants to put their heart into the job. We are not a surface cleaning, "good enough" attitude company. We aim for perfection whenever possible. Cutting corners will not work here 😅

Experience is not needed, only the proper attitude, work ethic, along with being coachable.

Reliable transportation is a must

The schedule is part time, and flexible for now with room for growth.

If you're in Putnam County, district 12 I just wanted to let you know that I've cleaned for Virginia for nearly 3 years, she is truly the kindest, most caring woman around and she's jam packed with integrity. She loves Jesus and is working for a chance to make a difference in Algood and the surrounding areas.

I am confident she will make the community proud and she'd have our vote if we lived in the area! 🫶🏼

I had a great time at Leslie Town Centre getting to meet lots of voters tonight. Excellent event! Many thanks to the Chamber of Commerce.

Whew, this deep clean was a good one! A well loved home of over 20 YEARS! Babies raised and grown in it. Here's the message we received when the client arrived home "Oh my goodness!! EVERYTHING looks amazing! It literally brought tears to my eyes!! I’m so so thankful for the amazing job you and your crew did today. I wasn’t expecting everything to look so fresh and clean......."

It's hard to describe how emotional the cleaning industry can be. Every home truly tells a story. Just from cleaning it, we could tell this home was greeted by young kids with backpacks as they came running off the bus. The sound of laughter and little footsteps bouncing off the walls.

But now those babies are grown, and mama was ready to have the clean home she always dreamed of. The clean home she willingly sacrificed, because little kids and clean don't mix 😉

We dusted framed photos of little girls.
We cleaned tiny fingerprints off of moldings, left by hands much larger now. 🥹
We flipped through an old Oprah Magazine found above the kitchen cupboards
We wiped makeup from the walls, likely left behind from when their girls were young and just learning to use it
Vacuumed small pieces of broken hair bands that once held pigtails many years ago

Yet in all the cleaning, we were careful to leave the pencil marks etched into the door frames, measuring the growth of their children year after year 🫶🏻

What a blessing it is to wake up and make someone else's day better, every. Single. Day.
