Faithfully Pristine Cleaners is still looking for the perfect fit for our team!
Our little baby company is growing leaps and bounds and while we're so proud, that we need more professional cleaners, stat! We're looking for the perfect addition to our awesome crew!
Specifically, we are looking for someone who is:
Self motivated - you'll proactively tackle little tasks rather than waiting to be nudged into cleaning the small details
Trustworthy - I work very hard to ensure our turnover stays low. Our clients deserve to rest comfortably knowing that the same small crew of ladies are getting to know and then care for their home. Because of that, I'll be making sure whoever I hire is safe, trustworthy and full of integrity. It is important we are a good fit for one another.
A servant's heart - it would be nearly impossible for someone to enjoy this job if they don't find joy in serving.
A problem solver - someone who will hunt for a solution rather than use hurdles and excuses
Respectful of others - it is imperative that our clients and their homes are treated with the utmost respect. They trust us, and we will always treat their homes, belongings, pets and families with the utmost care and respect.
A love for people - we need smiley faces and kind words greeting every one of our clients. It's important that you're able to check yourself into a chipper mindset that will leave our clients feeling warm and fuzzy.
And finally someone who truly wants to put their heart into the job. We are not a surface cleaning, "good enough" attitude company. We aim for perfection whenever possible. Cutting corners will not work here 😅
Experience is not needed, only the proper attitude, work ethic, along with being coachable.
Reliable transportation is a must
The schedule is part time, and flexible for now with room for growth.
