Communication is everything. 💜
I truly value every one of my clients, and I always want you to love coming home to a clean house. But I can only fix a problem if I know about it.
If you ever have questions, concerns, or feel something was missed, PLEASE reach out to me. I’d much rather have a conversation and make things right than find out months or even a year later that you’ve been unhappy.
I also want to remind everyone that not all cleaning services are the same and every cleaner is different. Maintenance cleans and deep cleans include different tasks. Services like baseboards, cabinet fronts, window sills, blinds, and other detailed items are typically part of a deep clean or can be added on, but they are not included in my standard maintenance cleanings unless we’ve discussed and agreed on them beforehand.
Clear communication helps us both. If your expectations have changed, or you’d like to add services, just let me know! I’m always happy to customize your cleaning to fit your needs.
