How do you build a 23-foot infinity pool on a 48th-floor rooftop? You fly it in. 🚁

When the owners of the Akoya Penthouse in Miami Beach wanted to add a luxury oasis to their renovations, traditional concrete wasn't an option. Pouring concrete at that elevation on an existing high-rise is a structural and logistical nightmare.

We fabricated a custom, lightweight stainless steel vessel in sections, transported the pieces to the 48th floor by helicopter and fully installed and tiled it right on-site.

The result is a beautiful infinity edge pool and spa—complete with built-in swim-up bars—overlooking the Atlantic coastline. Proof that with the right engineering, the sky's the limit.
