At the crown of the 47th floor, we engineered a custom stainless steel aquatic experience that hovers amidst a convergence of the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound, and the iconic Seattle skyline. This world-class amenity deck features a 25-meter heated lap pool and two custom spas, including a dramatic cantilevered hot tub that allows residents to feel suspended over the city below.

Choosing stainless steel was essential for this ambitious high-rise environment. Its lightweight properties significantly reduced the structural load on the tower while providing a near-indestructible, watertight finish that concrete simply cannot match. Leveraging our off-site precision engineering, we were able to turn this complex design into a durable, sky-high reality.
