2026 LEADER OF THE YEAR - ANDY STRAUSS💙✨

Andy is such a big deal he needs his own post.

If anyone deserves the honor of being Clean Team USA's very first Leader of the Year, it's Andy.

Andy is the kind of leader who simply shows up. No matter the challenge, he's there, ready to help, ready to support, and somehow always with a smile on his face. There is not a single challenge where Andy has looked at it and said “Nope”, he observes, problem solves, then takes action.

In an industry where plans can change in an instant, Andy has mastered the art of adapting, finding solutions, and keeping things moving forward, all while being someone his team can count on.

Leadership isn't always about having all the answers. Sometimes it's about being the person everyone knows they can turn to, and Andy is exactly that. We couldn't think of a more deserving person to set the standard for this award.

Congratulations, Andy!! We're incredibly grateful for everything you do and beyond honored to have you apart of the Clean Team USA family. 🫶🏽✨

What a night! 💙✨

Our first annual Leadership Award Night was a celebration of the incredible people who make Clean Team USA what it is today.

Behind every success, every milestone, every accomplishment, are people who show up, work hard, pivot, and make a difference everyday. Nothing is possible without the faces you see in this album.

To our award recipients and our entire Clean Team family, we hope you display those where you can see them everyday and know that YOU are one of the reasons this business is successful.

Thank you for your dedication, your HEART, and everything you bring to this company.

Our people are our greatest strength, and we’re so proud and blessed to have the team we’ve built. 💙

PROJECT CREWS SHOUT OUT ✨

Our Projects Team has been on an absolute GRIND this month, tackling everything from construction cleaning and floor work to windows, and they deserve some serious recognition.

Huge shout out to our project leadership ✨Shawn, Kashawnda, Carl, Chris, Carl G, Nidell, Joseph and Tyler✨ The long days and nights, your insane attention to detail, the necessary problem-solving skills, and overall grit it takes to keep everything moving is admirable.

And to everyone else on the crew who has been part of making these projects happen, we truly can’t do it without you. We see the grind. We appreciate the hustle. And we’re SO proud to have this crew representing Clean Team USA. 🐐🔥
