Some sewer problems are difficult rather than impossible, and a 90% offset sitting fifteen feet down in the street is a good example. Most of the cost in a repair like that comes from the excavation rather than the pipe.

Strictly Sewers Inc. uses a patent-pending process for offsets and eroded corners in hard or impossible to dig locations. In the example on our website, the repair went in through a hole dug at the property line instead of an open trench in the street, with a cured-in-place patch through the offset and a liner run from there to the city main.

Repairing a sewer line doesn't always mean digging up the yard or tearing into the street, and cured-in-place pipe lining is a good example of why. CIPP works by inserting a resin-coated liner into the existing pipe and curing it in place, which forms a new jointless pipe inside the old one.

For homeowners and real estate agents, the practical difference shows up above ground.
