Comments : Our parent's home was scheduled for a weekend open house and we realized on Thursday the house cleaning service did not include cleaning the windows inside and out. We called Wayne and he was willing to work with his team the next morning to fit us in which doesn't seem to happen anymore. We scheduled the window washing and Wayne made sure to have us look at the gutters. The team arrived on time and Robert worked with us throughout their stay to help determine our needs. It turned out we wanted pressure washing done too. We were impressed with Nieman's integrity, flexibility, and the quality of work and pride in craftsmanship. It's a pleasure to work with a business that puts the customers needs in front of the line sometimes. We recommended giving them more than 17 hours notice as they're generally booked 2 weeks out.
