Last week, the J&J Exterminating team traveled to Grapevine, Texas, for NPMA’s PestWorld 2026! It was an opportunity to strengthen relationships across our industry, connect with peers and leaders, and exchange ideas and best practices. From educational sessions to conversations with industry partners, we gained fresh perspectives and explored innovations to better support our customers.

Spending time together also helped us grow stronger as a team by building connections, sharing what we learned, and bringing new ideas to the table.

We even had the chance to visit AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys! 🏈

We’re heading home inspired and ready to put what we learned into action. Investing in our team’s knowledge and growth helps us deliver the service and protection our customers count on.
