5 acre trophy lake now ready for all the rain it can take. There's not one place in this lake that doesn't have some type of structure. Ledges, cliffs, deep water channel, shallow pea gravel beds placed for spawning, boat ramp, forest area, hard bottom points. The Florida F1 strand of bass are goin to strive and have ample areas to feed. Much needed to grow their full potential of 3 to 4 lbs per year. That's rite in 3 years these bass can hit the double digits. Over 2000' feet of shore line. Bryce Roder Setx Hydroseed came in and hydro seeded the slopes on the levee for erosion control.
