Life happens — I totally understand! To keep things running smoothly and ensure fairness for all clients, please take a moment to review my updated cancellation policy:

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the spot to another client who may be waiting.

⚠️ Last-Minute Cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

💫 Repeat Cancellations
I’m always flexible when I can be — but if cancellations or reschedules happen more than twice within 6 months, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future appointments.

🤒 Illness or Emergencies
We’re all human. If you're sick or dealing with an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to respond with compassion and flexibility when appropriate.

🧼 Why This Policy Matters
