Week Three Is in the Books! 🚘🔧

Three weeks of serving our community, caring for vehicles, and watching our students grow through hands-on training and Christ-centered discipleship.

We’re grateful to every customer who has trusted us, encouraged us, shared our posts, or told someone about The Fix Auto. Your support helps us provide dependable automotive service while preparing students for what comes next—in their work, their faith, and their service to others.

Thursday Tip: Don’t Ignore the Warning Signs!

A dashboard warning light is your vehicle’s way of telling you that something needs attention. Some lights may point to a minor issue, while others can warn of a problem that could affect your safety or lead to a more expensive repair.

If a warning light appears:

• Check your owner’s manual to identify it.

• Pay attention to changes in how the vehicle sounds, feels, or drives.

• If the light is flashing or the vehicle is overheating, losing power, or making unusual noises, pull over safely and seek assistance.

• Have the vehicle properly diagnosed instead of simply clearing the light.

At The Fix Auto, each diagnosis is also an opportunity for our students to learn careful inspection, honest communication, and responsible service alongside experienced technicians.

Those skills can prepare someone for a career, but our greatest hope is found in the Gospel. Only Christ can forgive sin, transform the heart, and give us new life. That is why discipleship remains at the center of everything we do.

Jesus is the Fix!

At The Fix Auto, we can diagnose a problem, replace broken parts, and help get a vehicle back on the road, but only Christ can redeem and restore broken lives.

At the Fix Ministry, the Gospel is the foundation of everything we do: Christ died for our sins, rose again, and offers forgiveness, freedom, and new life to all who put their faith in Him.

Our prayer is that each student leaves equipped to work, ready to serve, grounded in God’s Word, and prepared to share the same hope they have received with others.

This is the mission:

Back from the Road and Back in the Shop! ⚙️

After a few days on the road helping raise support for The Fix Ministry, Gavin is back at The Fix Auto and continuing his hands-on training.

Today’s lesson: wheel alignment. Working alongside David, Gavin is learning how steering and suspension components work together, how alignment equipment is used, and how proper adjustments help keep a vehicle driving straight and its tires wearing evenly.

This is what REACH. TEACH. SEND. looks like in action - serving the ministry, learning practical skills, and preparing to use those skills to serve others.

We’re glad to have Gavin back in the shop and look forward to watching him continue to grow in his trade and his walk with Christ!
