39 Years Strong! 🎉

Today, we celebrated Team Industries' 39th anniversary with a company-wide cookout, bringing together the incredible people who make our success possible every day.

Over the past 39 years, Team has grown through the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the support of our partners. While we've accomplished a lot since 1987, we know our greatest achievements are made possible by the team behind them.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey. We are proud of our past, grateful for the present, and excited for what the future holds.

A special thanks to our partners in business, the UA Local 400 for the use of the grill and for attending!

June is National Safety Month, and as we close out the month, we want to recognize an accomplishment that reflects the dedication and commitment of our employees every day.

We are proud to announce that both our Wisconsin and Port Arthur facilities have surpassed 1 million man-hours worked without a lost-time incident.

This milestone is more than a number—it represents a culture where safety comes first, employees look out for one another, and everyone is committed to doing the job the right way.

Thank you to every member of the Team family for making safety a priority. Your commitment, accountability, and attention to detail have made this achievement possible.

As National Safety Month comes to a close, we remain focused on our goal of ensuring every employee goes home safe at the end of every shift.

After nearly 33 years of dedication, hard work, and leadership, we are proud to celebrate the retirement of Team's Piping Superintendent, Jim Van Zeeland!

Jim's journey at Team Industries is a true example of what commitment and perseverance can achieve. Starting on the shop floor and advancing through the organization over the years, he has served as a role model to countless employees while helping shape the culture and success of our company.

Known for his willingness to help wherever needed and his consistently positive attitude, Jim has left a lasting impact at Team. His ability to find opportunity in every challenge and encourage those around him will be remembered for years to come.

While we will certainly miss seeing Jim around the office and shop, we are excited for him as he begins this well earned next chapter. Please join us in congratulating Jim on his retirement and wishing him many happy years filled with family, friends, and plenty of time fishing and traveling!

Competing against some of the best apprentices in the region, Ben showcased exceptional skill, dedication, and professionalism—earning an impressive 2nd place finish! 🥈

This achievement is a testament to Ben’s hard work, commitment to his craft, and the bright future ahead of him in the trade. We are honored to have such a talented individual representing Team Industries.

Team would like to extend our best wishes to Brandon Gardner as he transitions into his new role as a Welding Instructor with Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 400.

Over the last seven years with Team, Brandon has been nothing short of impressive. He started as a Youth Apprentice and was one of the few who landed an Apprenticeship immediately following his high school graduation -an accomplishment that speaks volumes about his talent, dedication, and work ethic.

While Brandon will certainly be missed, we are incredibly proud of all he has achieved and confident that he will excel in this next chapter. In his new role, he will no doubt inspire, mentor, and help shape the next generation of skilled welders.
