Looks like mildew stains on siding and an ant hill right? Wrong. One photo is stained from bats entering to roost. The second photo is bat guano (p**p) coming out of the siding at the bottom.

At Nolan Wildlife Control, we specialize in humane bat removal that protects both your home and the bats. Our proven exclusion process allows bats to safely leave your home while preventing them from getting back inside. Once the colony is gone, we permanently seal all active entry points to help keep your home bat-free. With a renewable lifetime warranty on the work we preform!

But removing the bats is only part of the job. Bat guano and urine can contaminate insulation, create strong odors, and impact indoor air quality. That’s why we offer complete attic cleanup services, including guano removal, sanitizing, disinfecting, odor treatment, contaminated insulation removal, and new insulation installation. Our goal is to restore your attic to a clean, healthy, and energy-efficient condition. Our treated pest control insulation keeps your energy in and pest out! Like it’s supposed to be!

If you’ve noticed staining around rooflines, soffits, or brick, heard scratching or chirping at dusk, or seen bats flying from your home at sunset, don’t wait. Contact Nolan Wildlife Control for a professional inspection and humane bat removal solution. We proudly serve Houston and the surrounding communities with safe, effective, and long-lasting wildlife solutions. Humane exclusion is the recommended method for removing bats from structures in Texas. (City of Houston)
