Although my superpower is being very good at guessing time and how long things will probably take, I am not right 100% of the time ☹️

We usually need about an hour of wiggle room with arrival time.

Sometimes we are running ahead of schedule and sometimes clients need a little extra care so we run a little behind schedule.

If we are locked out of your house because we are a little early or a little late we will not be waiting and we will not be returning when you text back an hour later.

If you know we are coming, leave the door unlocked, give us a code or leave a key!
Everything will be okay 😊

The best part about owning my own business is nobody can hold a paycheck over my head anymore.
That little “you have to take disrespect because you work here” game? I'm just not that into it.

I built my own business so I could make my own money, make my own rules, and remove myself from situations the SECOND somebody gets disrespectful.
Some people still talk to business owners like we’re their employees scared to lose a job. Baby, this IS my job. I created it. From scratch. With caffeine, stress, and pure spite.

So please understand: I can be professional all day long, but if you come at me sideways, I can match energy with frightening accuracy.
