Just as a reminder, we've had three last-minute cancellations this week, and it's only Tuesday. Prior Update April 21, 2026
Payment & Cancellation Policy Update
Due to an increase in same-day cancellations and late payments recently, we are implementing the following policy changes to protect our schedule and ensure we can continue serving all clients reliably:
Late Payments: A $25 late fee will be applied to any payment not received by the agreed-upon due date. We give 24 hours to pay an invoice before the late fee is applied, as we are a small family business and pay our staff weekly. With hopes and dreams that we can grow and change that policy in the future!
Short-Notice Cancellations: If you cancel your scheduled service within 24 hours after receiving a reminder call or text, you will be responsible for 50% of your regular service cost.
These policies allow us to reserve time specifically for you and prevent last-minute gaps in our schedule. We often have a waitlist, and I cannot utilize the time gaps on the day of! We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and continued business.
