Unfortunately, drainage areas can get saturated. We got called out to a house having issues. We went and opened the tank. It was overfull, while pumping, we could hear all the water running back into the tank from the drainage area. You can see the cement wall, that keeps the floating solids from going out the drainage pipe, all the water coming into the tank is from an over saturated drainage area.
