💰💦 Understanding what goes into pool pricing helps you plan with confidence.

The cost of a fiberglass pool installation varies based on pool size and model, site conditions, decking choices, equipment selections, and any added features like lighting, water features, or a spa.

Getting a detailed estimate from our team gives you a clear picture of what to expect so you can plan accordingly.

🤔💦 Pool only, hot tub only, or both — what's your fall setup?

As the temperature drops, the conversation shifts from cooling off to warming up. Some homeowners close the pool and rely on a hot tub or spa through fall. Others keep the pool heated and enjoy both.

What's your preferred fall water setup? Tell us in the comments!

🔍💦 Choosing the right pool builder matters just as much as choosing the right pool.

When evaluating pool companies, look for a clear installation process, transparent communication, verified references, and a team that's willing to walk you through every detail before you commit.

WV Pool Construction has been serving West Virginia and Maryland homeowners for over 20 years — and we stand behind every project we complete.

🔒💦 Winterizing your pool now protects your investment all season long.

October is the ideal window to winterize in West Virginia before ground temperatures drop significantly.

The process includes balancing your water chemistry, adding winterizing chemicals, blowing out plumbing lines, lowering the water level, and securing your cover.

Skipping steps or waiting too long can lead to cracked lines or equipment damage that's far more costly to fix in the spring.

10/20/2026

📅💦 If you want to swim in 2027, October is the time to start.

The homeowners who are in the water by Memorial Day next year are typically the ones who started the conversation in the fall.
From initial consultation to design selection, site assessment, permitting, and scheduling — there are meaningful steps that take time.

Starting now means each step gets the attention it deserves.

👇💦 Tag someone who needs a pool in their backyard.

You know who they are — the friend who always ends up at your place in the summer, the neighbor who keeps talking about it, or the family member who's been saying "we should get a pool" for the last three years.

Tag them below and give them the nudge they need!

♨️🍂 A backyard spa makes October evenings something to look forward to.

While a pool may be winding down for the season, a spa is just getting started. Warm water and cool fall air is a combination that never gets old, and installing now means it's ready well before the coldest months arrive.

WV Pool Construction installs in-ground spas that complement your pool and extend your backyard enjoyment year-round.

🌡️🍂 Raise your hand if you're still swimming in October. 🙋

West Virginia October days can be surprisingly warm, and with the right heating setup, the water stays comfortable long after most people think swim season is over.

Are you a die-hard fall swimmer or did you close the pool after Labor Day? Tell us in the comments!
